BD Supervisor (MJ000176)

We’re looking for a builder—someone who will create new business cases where sensing tape (eTape) and flexible printed electronics solve real needs from various industries. You’ll combine customer discovery, ecosystem partnering, and fast pilot cycles to turn opportunity into validated ventures. The role is Shanghai based to tap into the region’s speed and innovation energy—while handling our differentiating technology responsibly.

• Business Case Development: Build crisp hypotheses (value, ROI, buying center, budget source), quantify impact, and own the path from concept → demo → PoC → first revenues.
• Partnering & Pilots: Orchestrate low to moderate risk pilots with Chinese OEMs/integrators/installers; frame win win terms, clear success metrics, and secure referenceability.
• Technical Bridge: Translate customer/installer requirements into clear product asks for internal TD/PD and printed electronics teams; keep pilots practical and manufacturable.
• Commercialization Hand off: Package validated use cases for scale in priority markets with playbooks: pricing logic, channel/partner model, and lighthouse references.
• Prudent Exposure: Engage China’s ecosystem confidently while handling sensitive IP and differentiators responsibly (black box demos, data minimization, strong NDAs).

• Experience: 5–8 years in business development / venture building / product market creation in IoT, printed electronics, smart building solutions.
• Execution DNA: Hands on with pilots; crisp documentation; closes next steps in every meeting.
• Languages: English required.
