Senior Marketing Specialist (MJ000187)

This role is to drive strategic marketing impact by project management, market intelligence, market penetration, digitalization, sales & marketing enablement and etc.

Marketing Intelligence, New Market Survey & Strategic Reporting

• Build a structured market intelligence framework that continuously monitors global and regional intelligence, industry trends, emerging technologies, customer insights, and competitor dynamics.
• Lead new market discovery and penetration assessments, evaluating size, growth potential, customer needs, barriers, and differentiation opportunities.
• Deliver strategic reports on regular basis, as expected outcome, that integrate market signals with funnel performance and product portfolio direction, enabling data?driven strategic decisions.

Sales & marketing enablement

• Sustainability sales pack preparation & training.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing initiatives—campaigns, events, launches—aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Develop high?quality sales enablement tools, including value proposition materials, solution messaging, presentations, and ROI models.
• Establish and maintain success?story assets, capturing customer wins and converting them into reusable strategic cases that elevate brand credibility and enhance sales performance.
• End-to-end leads management & PPS CRM key user
• Lead CRM?related initiatives, ensuring clean, accurate, and complete customer and lead data across the marketing–sales funnel.
• Analyze funnel performance identifying growth opportunities from lead generation to MQL → SQL → opportunity → PNS outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in funnel efficiency, lead quality, and cross?team visibility through data?driven recommendations.

Cross?Functional Initiatives & Miscellaneous: for example, AI champion for PPS use case development

Project Management (PMO)

• Drive high?impact, cross?functional initiatives through independent project ownership, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead project execution, including planning, resource coordination, risk management, and milestone delivery.
• Influence and align key stakeholders across BU, functions, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Support strategy?level governance, contributing to project prioritization, roadmap alignment, and strategic decision?making.

Education Background

• Bachelor degree and above, major in Marketing or Chemical related will be a plus.

Skills/Capabilities/Working Experience Requirement

• Experience in marketing or related, chemical industry working experience will be preferred.
• Good speech and structured presentation skills, capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across departments
• Good learning ability and agility, good sense for business acumen.
• Solid in MS office, good at Excel and PowerPoint
• Good information collection and data analysis skill.
• Good sense for problem-solving, can identify problems and provide problem solution for routine issues/problems based on instruction and guidance.
• Highly self-motivating, open minded and hands-on attitude.
• Good sense for conflict management.

Languages, Certificates and Skills

• Solid English communication skill in written and oral.
• Good sense for project management.

Other Requirements

• Business travel is needed, should be flexible to travel regularly.
